REGIONAL SALES MEETINGS
As of 2021, the Sales Enablement team took on the privilege of organizing and moderating our internal regional sales meetings.
My initial thoughts when accepting the project were 1. our SE team needs a consistent brand (new project coming soon!) and 2. I wanted the attendees to feel like this event was legit.
I started by meeting with respective stakeholders to decide the desirable outcomes for an event like this. Then, I proposed a cadence of sessions that would suit the need. Once we aligned on speakers, venues, designated breakout groups & times, I used a simple design tool called Canva to build a professional looking flyer with all the necessary details for our attendees.
